Wearable IoT & Mechanical CAD

Engineered a non-invasive wearable clip-type pulse oximeter and a wrist-mounted IoT enclosure from scratch using parametric design principles in Fusion 360.

Integrated precision optical windows for MAX30102 sensors and routed data through a custom flush-mounted chassis designed to be worn comfortably with a standard NATO watch band.

Developed an End-to-End IoT Telemedicine Architecture that filters raw optical noise at the edge and routes stabilized BPM and SpO2 data to the ThingSpeak cloud.

Implemented a Complementary Filter on an MPU6050 IMU to track human joint kinematics for physical rehabilitation, specifically overcoming integer overflow challenges during 16-bit vector magnitude calculations.
